File Extension Changer .NET is the .NET version of File Extension Changer. It does not have the advanced features supported in the original program but it supports Windows Vista/7. It supports integration in context menu of files using registry instead of installing an additional shell extension thereby not loading the system resources unnecessarily.

Download and extract the contents of the ZIP archive using the link below. Install the program by running the setup. The setup will install the program according to your specifications and will also add an entry in context menu of files: "Change File Extension". Then you can just right-click a file you want to rename and select "Change File Extension".
